Adrienne’s heart broke when her children's skin color became an issue at their school. Now, she is empowering families with similar experiences through her non-profit, The PairUP Society.
The PairUp Society celebrates diversity as a strength and provides support for underrepresented students impacted by bullying, harassment or discrimination. In an effort to build equitable and inclusive schools and communities that nurture a sense of belonging, psychological safety and wellness, The PairUp Society practices five pillars of service: Partnering, Advocating, Inspiring, Resourcing and Uplifting.
We celebrate Adrienne and the work she’s doing with The PairUP Society! We agree that ALL students deserve affirming, equitable, inclusive and psychologically safe schools.
Well done, Adrienne!
