May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Dales finds hope in her mental health journey

We all saw the news about Trump's trial, and don't worry - we'll be getting into that next week. But making a difference isn't just about what's in the headlines. It's about the work and the conversations we have every day.

Dale is one of Red Wine & Blue’s amazing regional organizers. Her story reminds us of the power of advocacy and the importance of mental well-being.

Today is the last day of Mental Health Awareness Month but we must keep the conversation going all year long. The more we talk about mental health together, the more normalized these conversations become – ultimately empowering people to seek the help they need. Let's support each other and prioritize our mental health.

Together, we can make a difference.
