Well, you deliver over 37,000 signatures to his executive mansion imploring him to sign the bill. And that’s exactly what Democrats and lobbyists in the state of Virginia did. Gov. Glenn Youngkin has until today to sign, veto or offer amendments to all bills passed.

Whitmer signs surrogacy bills, calls them the ‘most pro-family thing that the Legislature has done’
