Bridget Rueter and her community organized early and were able to flip their school board

In 2021, an extremist was elected on the school board in Bridget’s school district. She and a group of friends knew they had work to do and started organizing early. Their hard work paid off and in 2023, the community elected two student-focused school board members bringing common sense back to the school board.
